IFS - Internal Family Systems

IFS (internal family systems by Dr Richard Schwartz): When we do experiences

painful we disconnect from this pain, from our body and emotions so as not to

feel the suffering.

To avoid feeling it again we create protective parts.

​

 

Be it with addictions, working a lot, dissociating... to reconnect with
our emotions, our body and our well-being it is important that we take
awareness of how we function.

 

Which protective parts and which vulnerable parts?
have?

 

How to free them from these burdens to reconnect with our Self,

our essence.

 

With curiosity, affection, calm and creativity.
