I started with Nadine March of 2023 and I am so grateful I did. She is extremely skilled in incorporating both IFS (internal family systems) and somatic work (plus more) in our sessions. Often times I come to the session not sure of what I want to talk about and Nadine has a way of guiding the session to the exact place it needed to go. We have our sessions on zoom but it feels like we are in the same room together. She is able to transmit her empathy and presence through the screen in a way that I have never experienced before. It’s powerful. I am so grateful that I met her and am looking forward to continuing with her in 2024!

I constellated with Nadine to resolve a legal issue of division of common cause with my ex-husband that had been dragging on for over three years. Well, we constellated on a Saturday afternoon, and on Wednesday afternoon of the following week, my lawyer sent me a final judgment execution in my favor... My gratitude is endless! Absolutely recommendable!

For me, "the magic" of constellations lies in representing or recreating your own universe outside of yourself. You are a mere spectator, and since you can see and evaluate things from a different perspective, everything takes on a different color; the emotional burden is no longer solely yours, and "healing" comes through the distance that separates you from yourself.
A single constellation has helped me far more than hours of reflection and research on the problem. "A picture is worth a thousand words," they say... Nadine showed me the meaning of these words.
